CD Front Insert Samples

**No Mastering Fee if CD is supplied.

**One Time Mastering Fee of $50.00 if you send DAT or Cassette.

**We recommend you send a photo or artwork to use on front insert. If you do not, we charge a one time Graphics Set up Charge of $25.00.

**When ordering it is preferred that you send the information you want on the CD, front insert and tray liner be typewritten if possible.

**Rick's CD's Complete is not responsible for masters or original art which can be damaged in shipping.

**A deposit of 50% of total order is required when ordering. The balance plus shipping charges will be due when order is received. If you want to avoid a COD fee then order can be paid in full ahead of time. Call for shipping charges.
